All design projects require a 50% upfront payment before work begins. Once the initial payment is received, the project will be scheduled and the design process will commence.

During the design process, clients will be provided with design concepts, previews, mockups, and revisions as agreed upon in the project scope. These materials are provided for review purposes only and remain the property of the agency until full payment has been received.

Clients may request revisions during the design phase according to the package or agreement selected. Additional revisions outside the agreed scope may incur extra charges.

• The remaining 50% balance must be paid before any final design files are released.
• No editable source files, production files, print-ready files, or other deliverables will be provided until full payment has been received and confirmed.

Upon receipt of 100% payment, the client will receive the final approved design files in the agreed formats.

• Ownership rights to the final approved design are transferred to the client only after full payment has been completed.
• The agency retains the right to display completed work in its portfolio, website, social media channels, and promotional materials unless otherwise agreed in writing.

• Clients are responsible for providing accurate information, content, branding assets, product specifications, and feedback necessary for project completion.
• Delays in providing required materials or approvals may affect project timelines.

• The initial 50% payment is non-refundable once design work has commenced, as it covers time, research, concept development, and design services already provided.
• Refund requests after project commencement will be evaluated at the agency's discretion.

If a project is canceled by the client after work has begun, payments already made will not be refunded. Any completed work up to the cancellation date remains the property of the agency unless otherwise agreed.
